On Tuesday, November 10 at 3 pm (CET), MIMBUS, UbiCast and Le Cnam invite you to a webinar on Video4XR, a solution that combines virtual reality and video to better assess learners’ skills.
Assessing what happens inside the headset
Virtual reality allows learners to practise in realistic conditions, safely and as often as needed. But one challenge remains: the exercise takes place inside the headset, and trainers are not always able to observe it or review it later to support the learner.
Video4XR: video at the service of educational feedback
Designed by MIMBUS and UbiCast, Video4XR makes virtual reality practice visible on video and integrates it into the institution’s LMS. Trainers can review exercises and give feedback asynchronously, within the digital environment their learners already use, while removing logistical barriers.
Agenda
- Why virtual reality is becoming essential in education and training
- The Video4XR project: a solution designed to reinvent video-based educational feedback
- Le Cnam’s experience and the benefits observed in the field
Speakers: Jean-Marie Cognet (UbiCast), Emilie Christe (MIMBUS) and Maité Sylla (Le Cnam).
Who is this webinar for?
Higher education institutions and training centres that already use virtual reality, or plan to deploy it and connect it to their LMS.
